The 'Kashmir' duvet cover features an intricately woven jacquard panel surrounded by neat rows of tailored pin tucks in both jacquard and poly cotton and is available in both a soft gold or cool blue colour palette. The original design for the weave is based on a detail from a Kashmir shawl in the South East Asia collection in the Victoria and Albert Museum. The shawl became a popular fashion item in the nineteenth century with its sudden migration from the foothills of the Himalayas to the salons of early nineteenth-century Europe.
Also available in the 'Kashmir' collection are pillowcases, cushion, curtains and quilted throw.
